Rockstar Games has decided to delay the release of GTA VI by six months, shifting the launch date from May to November 19, 2026. The company cited the need to ensure a high level of polish in the game, expressing gratitude for fans’ patience and support during the extended wait.
This marks the second significant postponement for GTA VI, which was originally set to debut in fall 2025. The first trailer was unveiled in December 2023, leading to the initial delay to May 2026.
