“Rockstar Games Delays GTA VI Release to Nov. 19, 2026”

Rockstar Games has decided to delay the release of GTA VI by six months, shifting the launch date from May to November 19, 2026. The company cited the need to ensure a high level of polish in the game, expressing gratitude for fans’ patience and support during the extended wait.

This marks the second significant postponement for GTA VI, which was originally set to debut in fall 2025. The first trailer was unveiled in December 2023, leading to the initial delay to May 2026.

The upcoming game is highly anticipated by fans of the Grand Theft Auto series, especially since the last installment, GTA V, was released over 12 years ago and became a massive success with over 200 million copies sold worldwide.

GTA VI is expected to offer a more immersive gameplay experience than its predecessor, designed specifically for current-gen consoles like the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has hinted at the franchise’s commitment to innovation, emphasizing the unique creativity that sets Grand Theft Auto apart from artificial intelligence-driven games.

As fans eagerly await the launch of GTA VI, the gaming community anticipates a new era of open-world action and adventure with the iconic franchise.
