East Bengal Club plans to honor Deepti Sharma and Richa Ghosh for their pivotal roles in India’s historic Women’s World Cup cricket victory. Deepti Sharma was named the Player of the Tournament for her outstanding all-around performance, leading the bowling charts with 22 wickets in nine matches, the highest in the competition. She also scored 215 runs, including three fifties and a crucial 58 in the final.
