Conversely, Corona Remedies is offering an IPO worth Rs 655.37 crores, structured solely as an offer for sale of 0.62 crore shares. The bidding for the Corona Remedies IPO also began on December 8, 2025, and will close on December 10, 2025, aligning with Wakefit’s allotment and listing dates of December 11 and December 15, respectively. The price range for the Corona Remedies IPO is higher, ranging from Rs 1,008 to Rs 1,062 per share, with a lot size of 14 shares for retail investors, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,868 at the upper end.
In terms of investor interest, Corona Remedies is experiencing stronger demand, with its IPO being oversubscribed at 1.78 times overall as of December 9, 2025. This includes oversubscription of 2.09 times in the retail category and 3.38 times in the non-institutional investor (NII) category. On the other hand, Wakefit Innovations has received a lower overall subscription of 0.23 times, with 1.10 times in the retail category and 0.10 times in the NII category. Notably, Wakefit has not garnered any subscription in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category, whereas Corona Remedies has seen some albeit minimal QIB activity.
The grey market premiums (GMP) further emphasize the contrasting reception of the two IPOs. Wakefit Innovations currently exhibits a GMP of Rs 5, suggesting an estimated listing price of Rs 200 per share and an expected gain of 2.56%. In comparison, Corona Remedies has a GMP of Rs 240, indicating a probable listing price of Rs 1,302 per share with an estimated gain of 22.60%.

They mentioned that Wakefit Innovations is well-positioned to capitalize on India’s growing home and furnishings industry due to its integrated business model and diverse product range. On the other hand, Corona Remedies is strategically positioned within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on women’s healthcare and chronic therapies, poised for growth in the domestic market.
