“iQOO 15 Set to Debut with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Processor”

The iQOO 15 is anticipated to be a high-performance flagship in 2025, boasting top-tier features like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and the new M14 AMOLED screen. iQOO is gearing up to introduce its latest flagship model today at noon.

If you’re keen on witnessing the unveiling live, here’s how you can tune in to the iQOO 15 launch event.

iQOO will be live streaming the debut of the iQOO 15 on their official website and YouTube. The launch event is scheduled to commence at 12 pm today. The phone has already been released in China.

Expect the iQOO 15 in India to closely resemble its Chinese counterpart. The device will sport a 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 2K resolution, featuring the latest M14 panel from Samsung for a competitive edge.

Powering the iQOO 15 is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, alongside a dedicated Q3 gaming chip for optimized performance and reduced latency. The flagship will house a triple camera setup comprising three 50-megapixel sensors, including a main, an ultrawide, and a periscope telephoto lens, encircled by RGB lighting for a gamer-centric aesthetic.

The iQOO 15 is set to offer a substantial battery upgrade with a rumored 7,000mAh cell, all packed in an 8.1mm slim profile, thanks to the utilization of silicon-carbon battery tech. The device is expected to support 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.

Furthermore, the iQOO 15 will ship with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, marking a shift from Funtouch OS for iQOO phones in India.

As for the launch price of the iQOO 15, there is no official information available yet. The pricing details will be disclosed during the launch event. Speculations suggest a potential price increase compared to its predecessor, the iQOO 13, which was launched in India at Rs 54,999.
