Among the upcoming IPOs are Meesho, Wakefit Innovations, Aequs, and Vidya Wires. Additionally, several SME issues are set to follow throughout the month.
The surge in IPO activity coincides with the recent approval granted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to four more companies, namely ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd, Annu Projects Ltd, Technocraft Ventures Ltd, and Powerica Ltd, indicating a strong pipeline as the year concludes.
The mainboard IPOs are expected to draw considerable retail interest, featuring renowned consumer and manufacturing brands.

In addition to the mainboard IPOs, 12 SME issues are set to open in December, including Ravelcare, Clear Secured Services, Speb Adhesives, Invicta Diagnostic, and others. The steady flow of SME IPOs is expected to appeal to small investors seeking quick listing gains.
More launches are on the horizon as Sebi has granted final approval to ICICI Prudential AMC, Annu Projects, Technocraft Ventures, and Powerica, indicating a growing momentum in India’s primary market.
With 16 IPOs lined up and more approvals expected, December is poised to be an active period for investors tracking new listings.
