Vivo has introduced its latest X300 series in international markets, following their initial launch in China. These new models, X300 and X300 Pro, bring significant upgrades over the X200 series, featuring the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Continuing the X series tradition, both phones boast Zeiss-branded cameras, catering to photography enthusiasts.
The company is anticipated to unveil these flagship devices in India before the year concludes. Ahead of the India debut, here is a comprehensive overview of the two new smartphones. Additionally, Vivo’s sub-brand, iQOO, is set to release its flagship, the iQOO 15, in India on November 26.

The X300 offers color options in Halo Pink and Phantom Black, while the X300 Pro comes in Dune Brown and Phantom Black variants, both equipped with IP68 water and dust resistance.
In terms of cameras, both phones sport triple camera setups on the rear. Additionally, users can enhance their photography experience by purchasing a telephoto extender kit for 600 Euros.
Both the X300 and X300 Pro house a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies. Display-wise, the X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the X300 comes with a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 1.5K flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with the same refresh rate.
Powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset, the X300 and X300 Pro support LPDDR5x RAM. The global versions of these models feature slightly smaller batteries compared to the Chinese variants, with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
