“India Condemns Manchester Synagogue Attack on Yom Kippur”

India strongly denounced the recent terror attack at Heaton Park Synagogue in Manchester, which coincided with Yom Kippur services on the International Day of Non-Violence. Ministry of External Affairs representative, Randhir Jaiswal, expressed deep sorrow over the incident, emphasizing the ongoing global threat posed by terrorism. Jaiswal urged for international solidarity against such acts of violence, highlighting the need for collective efforts to combat terrorism. The attack, which resulted in casualties, was swiftly responded to by British police, who classified it as a terrorist incident. The assailant was fatally shot after causing harm at the synagogue during the Yom Kippur prayers, causing shock within the Jewish community in the UK.
