“Thieves Steal $102M in French Crown Jewels from Louvre”

The Louvre museum in Paris has reopened to the public following a recent robbery where thieves broke into the building and made off with valuable French crown jewels. The Apollo Room, where the theft took place, remains closed to visitors as authorities continue their investigation. The museum, which is usually closed on Tuesdays, had been shut since the incident occurred.

No arrests have been made so far, and the stolen jewels have yet to be recovered. The stolen crown jewels are estimated to be worth around 88 million euros ($102 million), excluding their significant historical value to France. Approximately 100 investigators are actively pursuing leads to apprehend the suspects and locate the missing treasures following the high-profile theft from one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations.
