“Leaked: OnePlus Developing Two New Gaming Phones”

OnePlus has been quite active recently, introducing its flagship OnePlus 15 and the Ace 6 in China, with plans to launch the former in India soon. Recent leaks suggest that the company is working on two new gaming-focused phones.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, OnePlus is developing two upcoming devices in China, possibly featuring ‘Turbo’ branding. The first device is anticipated to run on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, positioned slightly below the 8 Elite Gen 5. This phone is expected to cater to gamers, boasting an extensive 8,000mAh battery, a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate like the OnePlus 15, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Additionally, OnePlus is rumored to be working on a second device with a ‘high-performance display and large battery.’ While specifics about the battery size are not disclosed, previous reports hinted at a 9,000mAh battery capacity. This second device is likely to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset from the previous year, positioned below the first phone. The leak also suggests that this model will compete with devices featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, such as the Redmi Turbo 5 and Realme Neo 8.

It remains uncertain whether these new OnePlus phones will be available outside of China. If the company decides to launch either of these models globally, it is unlikely to happen before early 2026.
