The company has revealed the design of its upcoming flagship, showcasing two classic color options – black and white – which are core to iQOO’s design language. While it remains uncertain if more color variants from the Chinese market will be introduced, the launch date for the iQOO 15 in India is confirmed for November 26. Drawing from its global model, the powerhouse specifications of the device are already known.

The teaser showcases a familiar yet refined design ethos. The iQOO 15 maintains the brand’s focus on performance but with a more streamlined appearance and polished edges. Particularly in the white version, the rear panel exudes a premium feel, a characteristic that has resonated well with iQOO’s flagship range. The camera module stands out, boasting a sizeable and symmetrical layout that houses a robust triple-lens system promising enhancements in zoom capabilities and low-light photography.

Powering the iQOO 15 is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, fabricated on a cutting-edge 3nm process. The chipset comprises two high-performance cores clocked at 4.6GHz and six efficiency cores operating at 3.62GHz, coupled with the Adreno 840 GPU for demanding gaming and graphics tasks. Additionally, the device incorporates the company’s proprietary Q3 chip, aimed at enhancing frame rates and ensuring stability during extended gaming sessions. In terms of memory and storage, users can expect up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and a maximum of 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage capacity for seamless multitasking.

The device boasts a sizable 6.85-inch Samsung M14 AMOLED display on the front, delivering a crisp 2K resolution. The screen supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, showcases 1.07 billion colors, and offers HDR playback. Additional features include a 300Hz touch sampling rate in gaming mode and coverage of the P3 color gamut.

iQOO has always excelled in the camera department, and the iQOO 15 takes it up a notch. It comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 50MP primary lens with an f/1.88 aperture, a 50MP periscope lens capable of 100x digital zoom, and a 50MP wide-angle sensor for expansive shots. Various photography modes such as Scenery, Night Scene, Micro Film, and Professional Mode are integrated, along with creative options like Humanistic Street Camera and Fisheye mode. For selfies, a 32MP front camera with support for 4K video recording is included.

Driving the device is a robust 7,000mAh battery, one of the largest in its category, supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. Security features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, offering faster and more reliable authentication compared to traditional optical sensors.

In terms of connectivity, the iQOO 15 stays up-to-date with Bluetooth 6, dual-band Wi-Fi 7, and a range of global positioning systems including GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS.
